| George W. Sarris, Master Storyteller George W. Sarris is a versatile communicator, working primarily as an actor in the commercial environment of New York City. He holds the degrees of B.S. in Speech from Northwestern University, and M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Mr. Sarris brings to life in the mind's eye the characters and events of some of the most treasured stories in all of history in his presentation of The World’s Greatest Stories. His dramatic storytelling performances have delighted audiences at conferences, in churches, at Christian schools, camps and local community events throughout the U.S. and in Canada. | Judy Buch, Ventriloquist Without question, Judy Buch will amaze you. With 20 years stage experience, she blends comedy, ventriloquism and jazz piano into her performances. You will become so involved, you forget there is only one human being on stage. Her characters, like Daisy Hawkins and Jack Fairlane, are true to life. Judy has spent the past ten years speaking for corporations and professional associations. Her client list includes: Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, The U.S, Department of Education, Raytheon Systems Inc, Travelers Property Casualty, and Corning, Inc. She has been seen on “Good Morning America,” pictured in Smithsonian Magazine, and featured in the New York Times. She recently presented in England, Scotland and Japan. In 1996 at the 22nd annual International Ventriloquists Convention, Judy was honored when her peers voted her "Ventriloquist Of The Year." That award was presented to her at the International Festival Of Christian Puppetry And Ventriloquism (I-FEST) in 1997. Since then she has worked as a staff member of the ventriloquist's college at I-FEST each summer. She gives workshops, coaching sessions, and performances and has directed and co-directed the ventriloquist's dream team. She’s also a member of the VIT (Ventriloquists’ In Training) board. Ventriloquism is the perfect complement to highlight key points and delightfully captivate the audience. Judy is the author of Mastering and Marketing Your Performance, published by One Way Street Inc., and various published articles. She is the director of "Hands of Peace" puppet ministry, a performance team of adults and teens, through her church. She lives in a small New England town with her husband Ken. | Katherine Sarris, Interpretive Dancer Katherine Sarris has studied Interpretive Dance under Karen Festog, formerly of the Royal Ballet in London, and with Cheryl Gullo. She has studied the Vaganova method of ballet under Bryan Lewis, Director of the Connecticut Repertory Danse Ensemble, Adam Holmes at the Performing Arts Center of Connecticut, and Megan Philipp, currently dancing with the Merce Cunningham NY & The Staten Island Ballet. She has recieved training in Modern Dance with a focus on Limon technique under Maria Colaco of MariaColacoDance, Hip Hop from Manwe Sauls-Addison at the Performing Arts Center of Connecticut and George Jones of "Rhapsody the Company", and in jazz under Geoffry Doig-Marx, on faculty at Merymount Manhattan College, artistice director of "The Mantis Project" and founder of "The Elan Awards". Katherine has successfully completed the Teacher Training Workshop held by Ballet Magnificat! in Jackson Mississippi for four consecutive years. She has performed throughout the northeast in churches, schools, shopping parks, on Connecticut Public Television and in Times Square New York City with Project Dance. Katherine founded the Master's School of Sacred Choreography in 2001. |
